What should I do if I receive the wrong product?Updated 2 years ago
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, please use our contact form and reach out to us with the following information:
- order number 
- a list of items that arrived damaged/defective 
- at least one picture clearly showing the defect and all items you received in your package 
Once we have this information we will make sure you receive the correct item(s).
