Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Choose your refund method:

• Store credit: Return shipping is free.
• Original payment method: A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

The following items are not eligible for standard returns: limited edition or otherwise marked final sale items, free items received through a BOGO promotion, bikini bottoms and other sealed intimate or hygiene products once opened, bulky products identified as nonreturnable, and any product specifically marked nonreturnable. A regular discount code does not automatically make an item final sale.

International orders: International returns are not available through our standard U.S. return portal. EEA and UK customers may have a statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days after delivery. See Do you accept international returns? for the applicable process. Final sale designations do not limit nonwaivable statutory rights.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming, contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or video. Manufacturing defect claims may be reviewed under our voluntary policy for up to 12 months after purchase. Statutory rights may apply for longer. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and improper care are not covered by our voluntary defect policy.
