A package may be returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, a delivery refusal, or a carrier issue.

Contact us with your order number, tracking number, and corrected shipping address. We can act after the package is received and inspected by our warehouse.

If the return was caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or another customer controlled issue, you must pay the new shipping cost before the order is sent again. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the carrier or Scummy Bears caused the issue, we will correct it at no cost to you.
