For eligible U.S. returns:

• Store credit: Return shipping is free.
• Original payment method: A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

International returns are not available through our standard U.S. return portal. Where EEA, UK, or other applicable consumer law provides a cancellation right, the customer is responsible for international return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

When required by law, an eligible cancellation will include the standard outbound delivery charge. Any amount paid for upgraded or express delivery above the standard delivery cost is not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
