Looks like there was an error on your address, here’s what you need to do next! 

1. Double check your order information and ensure that the shipping address you entered is 100% accurate, including apartment number and zip code. 

2. Keep the tracking number you were sent when the package was shipped, that will tell you when it arrives at our warehouse. 

3. Reach out to us directly and let us know the package is on its way back to us. Provide us with a new shipping address and we will send the package back out to you. We can also provide you with a gift card to reorder if you’ve changed your mind and would like something else instead. 

**Gift cards for Return To Sender orders do not include any shipping charges paid on the initial purchase.
