Choose store credit in the return portal to receive free return shipping.

After your return reaches our warehouse, allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.

Once approved, the eligible merchandise value is issued as a digital Scummy Bears gift card and sent to the email address used for the order. The $10 return shipping deduction does not apply when you choose store credit.
