Our standard return window closes 30 days after delivery.

If you believe an item has a manufacturing defect, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Defect claims may be reviewed for up to 12 months after purchase.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and improper care are not covered. Any exception outside the standard return window is reviewed case by case and is not guaranteed.
