Where can I find your upcoming festival dates?
Festival and event appearances are announced through our email list and Scummy Bears social channels. Dates and locations can change, so check the latest announcement before making travel plans.
Are festival booth items available online?
Not always. We sometimes debut new releases at festivals or bring limited and discontinued pieces that are no longer available online. If an item is not listed on our website, availability is not guaranteed. Follow our email list and social channels
Can I return something purchased at a festival?
Festival and in person purchases are final sale unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise. If you received a defective item, contact us with proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.
Can I pick up an online order at a festival booth?
No. Online orders cannot be routed to or collected from a festival vending booth. Your order will ship to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Our affiliate program is currently invite only. You are welcome to tag Scummy Bears in original content featuring our products. If we see a strong fit for the program or a content collaboration, our team may contact you directly.
