Are some items not accepted for returns?Updated 10 days ago
We have a short list of items that cannot be returned, including bulky items such as Scummy Chairs and hygienic items such as bikini bottoms.
Final sale/promo items also cannot be returned.
Limited edition items may not be exchanged or returned
Any other non-returnable items will include details in the product description.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: We stand by our products. If an item is defective within 12 months of purchase, please prepare the following and send us an email so we can start a warranty claim:
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Explanation of issue (please be as specific as possible)
- Pictures and/or Videos (clearly indicating the defect)
Please note that we cannot provide replacements without the above information.
