Are some items not accepted for returns?Updated 4 days ago

The following items are not eligible for return through our standard return program:

• Limited edition products and any other item marked final sale
• Free items received through a BOGO promotion
• Bikini bottoms and other sealed intimate or hygiene products once opened
• Bulky products identified as nonreturnable
• Any product specifically marked nonreturnable on its product page

Using a regular discount code does not automatically make an item final sale.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or video. Manufacturing defect claims may be reviewed for up to 12 months after purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, and improper care are not covered.

Final sale and nonreturnable designations do not limit any nonwaivable statutory consumer rights.
